The service is first-class, the owners and staff are efficient and friendly. There is a warm and welcoming atmosphere at all times. Their products are also first-class and very reasonably priced.

There is always a terrific atmosphere in the shop.
The service is friendly and efficient.
The products are different from other coffee/chocolate shops so you know
you are getting something unusual which is great especially for gift buying.
